Better GLaDOS EdgeTX Sound Pack
If you would like your radio transmitter to talk to you in that iconic, slightly condescending yet still clearly understandeable way, look no further!
I found that the standard GLaDOS voice pack that comes with EdgeTX does not sound like GLaDOS at all – So I decided to create my own, improved version. Now, you can download it for yourself!
The voicepack is compatible with any EdgeTX transmitter, and features full support for Betaflight, INAV and YAAPU flight control software. It should also be compatible with radio transmitters running OpenTX, but this was not tested.
The sound pack was created using the TTS service fish.audio with a voice created by Gabriel Zantas. I am personally very happy with the result, but hear for yourself :3
How To Install
- Backup your EdgeTX SDcard
- Use SDcard reader or mount transmitter by plugging it into your PC directly
- Copy and save the SDcard contents for backing-up
- Download latest release version of the “Better GLaDOS EdgeTX Sound Pack” here
- Extract downloaded zip file
- Copy “en” folder from extracted zip file to X:\SOUNDS folder (drag-and-drop)
- Drive letter X may be any letter.
- NOTE: This will overwrite any previous “en” (english) voice pack you had installed previously. You may change the name of the either folder to any other language – see EdgeTX User Manual for more information.
- Enjoy flying, you monster.
Notes
- This voice pack is not finished! If you are missing a specific sound you’d love to have added, or something you’d love to have supported, drop me a line on my socials or leave a comment. Same goes for bugs or mismatched sound files. I’ll try my best to address it in the next update.

Hello, I enjoyed installing and using this sound pack. I do believe the voice itself is a lot more accurate to glados. However, I do feel the “robotic-ness” of the voice is missing; it’s the one thing that the original edgetx glados pack had over your version. Thank you for your contribution and I hope you take this into consideration if you do decide to update this in the future.
